Job Description

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in contract renewals for employees
  • Process invoices for recruitment matters
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for New Employee Orientation program
  • Assist in work passes renewals for employees
  • Creation of P-Files
  • Assist in issuing letters to employees for working conditions related matters
  • Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification - NITEC in office skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administrative related role
  • Well versed in MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Singaporean Only

Company transport: AMK , SK, HOUGANG, TAMP, BEDOK, TANAH MERAH, PASIR RIS

Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.15pm
