We are hiring Helpdesk Admin Assistants to be outsourced to our clients from various organisations!
The Job Responsibilities:
- To assist with IRMS/ ILTC Portal Helpdesk operations
- To assist with ongoing helpdesk support: L1 phone calls / L1 emails / Other administrative duties as assigned
The Job Requirements:
- 6 months commitment
- IT/ Helpdesk experience preferred
- Able to work from home
- Monday to Friday office hours
