Temp Finance Exec (AP) - 2 months / Up to $3000 /West /spslic

Employment Type: Temporary, 2 months (subject to extension)

Salary: Up to $3000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure accurate, complete and timely disbursements for vendor invoices
• Resolve payment discrepancies related to Payments processing and escalate to Supervisor/Lead if necessary
• Process monthly bank reconciliation and Returned/Stale cheques/drafts/TT
• Perform duplicate invoice check on a daily basis to ensure no duplication of invoices posted in SAP
• Manage and process Year-end Accrual transactions
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries / address requests and concerns
• Support any other adhoc duties within the department when necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy /Business or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications 
• Knowledge of SAP Financial System and Ariba preferred
