Temp Finance Assistant (Maternity Cover)

We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable organisation and would require suitably qualified candidates to send in your applications to us.

Working Location: West, Nearest MRT - Pioneer
Period: 4 months

Responsibilities:

• Respond to queries on finance and procurement issues
• Check invoices/Delivery Orders for completeness and follow up with requestor/vendor
• Scan invoices/Delivery Orders upon receipt
• Perform goods receipt if invoice/Delivery Order received is in order
• Perform coding of non-PO/manual invoices
• Review and follow up on outstanding Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, prepayments, accruals, non-PO invoices pending coding, approval on a monthly basis
• Verify claims
• Generate asset tag of new assets
• Update and maintain assets records

Requirements:

• A recognized Diploma in any discipline
• Knowledge in accountancy/business would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented, meticulous and organized
• Good spoken and written communications skills
• Pleasant personality good interpersonal skills
