Job Description

Remuneration Package:

  • Salary: upto S$ 1,800.00 per month (including allowances)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, enquiries and feedback
  • Provide accurate and efficient processing of orders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Computer Literate
  • Able to commit at least 3 months
  • Has Customer Service experience
  • Able to work on rotating shifts:
    • 8am to 6pm – S$ 1,400.00/month
    • 6pm to 4am – S$ 1,800.00/month
    • 10pm to 8am – S$ 1,800.00/month


Additional Information:

  • 5 working days (Mondays to Sundays; 1 weekday & 1 weekend off); 44 hours per week
  • Contact Centre environment
  • Working Location at Tampines
  • Shuttle service provided on selected timing
