Job Description


  • To be the main point of contact for all bulk ticket sales from groups and/or travel agencies
  • To deliver consistent and exceptional level of service to increase customer experience and loyalty
  • To provide prompt and courteous service to all customers and able to resolve customer challenges
  • To possess competent knowledge of ticketing reporting system to transact and compile reports
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high volume and performance-based environment while maintaining the highest level of service quality and performance capability
  • Strictly adhere to all service delivery, selling and technical execution standards in place during the booking process
  • Responsible for providing timely and accurate information to all internal and external parties
  • Strictly adhere to all established departmental policies, procedures and operating standards
  • To support Business Development team in sale of venue for private events and event management.
  • Any other related duties as directed.


  • Prior sales, call center, travel industry or hospitality operations experience, event management and operations is beneficial
  • A well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office applications to include but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (essential), and at least one other spoken language/dialect (desirable)
  • Track record and skills in administrative duties, including a working understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to communicate effectively to a broad range of audiences, in person, online and/or on the telephone
  • Basic understanding of business principles such as generating or increasing sales volume, revenues and productivity measures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
