Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative duties
  • Provide operational support Eg. Liaise with stakeholders and vendors
  • Assist to setup and prepare rooms for activities
  • Other ad- hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

  • Possess good experience in handlinh administrative and support function
  • Possess strong communication and customer service skills
  • Pro-active individual
  • Able to work well independently as well as in a team

 

For this role, you will be required to work either half a day from Mon- Fri or 3 times a week.
