- Verify invoices and its supporting documents.
- Issue payment vouchers “EAV” for invoices received.
- Submit invoices to approvers for payment approvals.
- Submit to Finance the approved invoices for processing of payment.
- Liaise vendors for amendment of invoices and credit notes.
- Scan invoices for E-filing.
- Forward complimentary application for approval
- Manage aircon extension request received
- Check season parking application
- Issue billing advice and arrange despatch for billing.
- Prepare utilities summary, Input extension cost summary
- Print aircon extension summary and billing advice for submission and forward to finance for billing.
- Print season parking, complimentary report, external works order report and call contractor to submit invoice.
- Sent e-mail to season parking holder for season parking renewals
- Order stationery
- 3 Months Contract
- Mon to Fri: 9.00am to 6.30pm
- $9/hr to $10/hr
- Minimally GCE ‘O’ Level Holder
- With relevant working experience
