Temp Admin Assistant (Vivocity)
Our client, a well established brand in the O&G segement, with upstream and downstream activities are currently seeking candidates to assist in a short-term assignment for regulatory compliance measures.
Position will be an office hour role working to handle data cleaning and administrative work using excel and their in-house software.
- Computer savvy in MS Excel / Word and other in-house software
- Able to start work on short notice
- Good communicator
- Comfortable in a back-end office role
- Prior experience in data entry or admin work a plus
