Temp Accounts Assistants(AP, SAP, 3 - 4 mths, $2500 - $3200)

Main Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least O level/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Preferably Entry Level with 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficiency in MS Office

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with shared service centre on processing and payments of vendor invoices including but not limited to scanning of documents, checking of accounting codes, obtain payment approvals from user department.
• Maintenance of vendor records in SAP.
• Compile documents and process payments for local and overseas vendors.
• Any other adhoc duties as per assigned by Financial Controller.
• Candidate able to start work immediately, or with short notice preferred
