Job Description


  • Handle partial accounting (Accounts Payable)
  • Match invoices to DO/PO
  • Process payments
  • Interface with suppliers/vendors to obtain documentation, respond to queries and resolve issues
  • Update daily cash flow
  • Perform bank and other accounting related reconciliations
  • Assist in monthend closing and observe accounting timelines
  • Hands on and can work independently with minimum supervision
  • Perform other adhoc accounting duties



  • Diploma in Accounting
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Working knowledge of SAP B1 or similar computerized accounting packages in a manufacturing environment an advantage
  • Preferably 3-5 years of accounting experience
  • Meticulous, attentive, can learn quickly
  • Good work attitude, positive, responsible and able to meet deadlines
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team player with positive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Must be able to start immediately or with short notice period
  • Singaporeans.
