Job Description

• Make outbound calls to new and existing clients
• Engage clients to set up appointments and follow-up with them
• Keep track and record useful information for potential clients’ database
• Other ad-hoc duties
• Able to achieve KPI set (300 calls per shift)

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Able to communicate fluently in English
• Able to work independently with little to no supervision
• Past experience in telemarketing is a bonus
