Job Description

Training

Conduct customer service business training and product technical training for  subsidiaries' customer engineer to understand customer service business, product technical support and related services (eg, maintenance services, etc) for expanding our businesses with sustainability. Responsible to build, maintain and enhance training materials for conducting training. Continuously look for opportunity to make training better through feedback from trainees.

 

Information Sharing

Share information related to customer service businesses and technical support activities proactively to  subsidiaries' customer engineer through conference call, email, internal portal site, and other communication methods.

 

Technical Support

Provide support and advice to  subsidiaries' customer engineer on technical issues of our products and services. Utilize our internal helpdesk system to track technical issues till resolution. Liaise with HQ technical support and customer service division for escalation of product related issues. Measure performance by resolution time, trend of inquiries and number of inquiries. To reduce product and service downtime at customer sites, relevant technical information should be disseminated to  subsidiaries' customer engineer proactively as above ‘information sharing’ session states

 

Experience:

Functional Experience:

·         Technical Support

·         Customer Service

·         Business Development [preferred]

 

Knowledge:

·         Printer (thermal transfer printer)

·         Barcode, 2D Code, RFID

·         Data collection system and labelling, tagging

·         Device management [preferred]

·         Quality data analysis [preferred]

·         Quality assurance and improvement

·         Able to communicate in English and Japanese 

 

Requirements:

·       Proficiency in Japanese speaking is an advantage to liaise with Japanese Colleagues

·       Good command of written and spoken English

·       Self-motivated and driven, with desire to achieve in a fast growing organization
