Job Description

Technical Support Engineer (Level 2)  – Ref: NSJ

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide Level 2 technical support
  • Ensure reported incidents are followed through and resolved, always keeping users updated on the status
  • Update the Incident Management System to document any actions taken and solutions adopted
  • Ensure users’ computers are updated with the latest software/licences/patches
  • May have to participate in special projects, eg help to evaluate new IT solutions (can be hardware or software), assist in testing/integration
  • Need to support VIP users (eg CEO, CFO, COO)
  • Besides Spore, need to provide remote support to Sydney and Mumbai office (through phone, email).
