Job Description

  • This role will be reporting to the Technical Support Manager
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in maintenance and support
  • Maintain IT components and airport related endpoints environment including Hardware and Software
  • Trouble shoot, analyse and solve tasks from Level 1 on-site support and assigned tickets from Helpdesk
  • Commit to a resolution date, formalize action plans and walkaround if corrective action is requested
  • Solve/escalate the analysis to the Software / Hardware corrective maintenance team
  • Fill-in support ticket tracking tool appropriately
  • Perform system testing, analyse, troublesghooting and draw conclusions
  • Write and prepare procedures, maintenance documentation, operation manual, test procedures and test reports
  • Communicate regularly to keep the customer informed
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
