The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Providing L1 & L2 production enquiry and support
  • Analyzing technical issues and provide solutions
  • Liaising with various parties to identify root cause
  • Managing/monitoring production issues resolution and closure
  • Supporting and maintaining systems
  • Adhering to SLA and escalation process
  • Providing regular status reports
  • Ensuring solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements and bank policies

 

The Profile

Requirements

  • You have at least a Diploma/Degree in IT
  • You posesss some experience in Banking
  • You have xperience in Linux, SQL, Shell scripting
  • You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • You are an effective communicator
  • You possess excellent problem solving and are highly result driven
