Job Description

Job Scope: 

• Supervise a team of Service Engineers and Technicians. 
• Manage the maintenance portfolio in designated areas including service contract offers and deliverables.
• Manage day to day service operations and functions and ensure compliance of quality, environmental and safety requirements.
• Analyse call-back rates and initiate corrective and preventive measurements.
• Conduct periodically safety walks and safety inspections.
• Carry out feasibility study and standardisation projects for lifts and escalators according to customers’ requests, industrial trend and code of practice requirement
• Identify and standardize work practice, components and equipment for elevators and escalators
• Coordinate and monitor of Non-conformance/ field feedback report system including preparing statistical analysis on a monthly basis
• Technical support for internal staff from Service, Project, Sales and Sales Engineering Department.
• Identify repair opportunities and work together with service sales to achieve repair sales target.
• Responsible for portfolio budget, and analyse budget overrun on monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Engineering; Mechanical,Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronic,Electromechanical or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
