Technical Sales Support Specialist
• Sales support – offers technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/sales team with regards to products/systems/applications. Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations.
• Competitiveness – Formulate competitive tenders/proposals considering customer’s requirement, in a timely manner with appropriate level of details, including full and accurate internal and external cot factors.
• Terms and conditions – Oversee the validation of terms and conditions (commercial, technical, legal, pricing) in each offer.
• Customer – attend customer meetings with sales to conduct technical presentations and clarifications.
• Diagnostic studies – performs analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs. Proposes technical solutions for complex enquiries.
• Presentations – prepares and delivers technical presentation and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers in complex product issues.
• Supply chain management - collaborate with Supply Chain to identify and technically evaluate supplier offer against customer specification.
• Operations collaboration – Project handover to operation in-line with defined processes.
• Training – offers product/solutions/service-related training.
• Technical publications – prepares and checks technical articles for publication.
• Graduate/Diploma holder with Automation technical proposal preparation and costing experience in data center or F&B related industries will be an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient PC skills, good command of Microsoft Office.
• Independent, reliable and proactive personality.
• Committed to fostering a “team” approach and achieving successful results
• Willingness to travel
