We are looking for the right candidate to join our growing team. We are prepared to train the incumbents to develop their career in the specialist Technology Recruitment sector.
- Building relationships with clients.
- Developing a good understanding of client companies and their industry.
- Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media.
- Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the job vacancy.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates.
- Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer.
- Preparing CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
- Organising interviews for candidate as requested by the client.
- Offering advice to both clients and candidates on career progression.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Administration/Finance/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in technical recruitment such as IT/Engineering/Telecommunication will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen attitude to learn.
- Able to work both independently and with the team to achieve goals and targets
