Job Description

* Office hour, Monday to Firday
* Location: East

Level 2 Post-Sales engineer job description:

  • Responsible to configure, install and integrate company products into customer’s environment
  • Responsible to conduct system & user acceptance test to ensure company products is working as intended
  • Perform system maintenance, upgrades and health checks for customer who purchased services with company
  • Provide Level-2 support and troubleshooting for support cases via phone, text messages, email, remote session or onsite
  • Responsible for 24*7 standby / on-call for support cases
  • Liaise with vendors and other team members for problem resolution
  • Report progress of assigned projects to Team Lead
  • Execute / participation in any Ad-Hoc jobs assigned by Team lead / Technical Manager

Requirements:

  • Education level in Diploma/Bachelor in IT related
  • Experience with McAfee products is preferable
  • At least 3 years experience
