As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for performing responsibilities that are critical to the delivery of features in the mobile application. These include:
- Translating business needs and technical issues
- Testing and validating requirements with users/customers
- Identifying, modelling and documenting requirements (user stories)
- Being responsible for high level, epic & user story prioritization, user story writing & estimation, acceptance criteria and sprint product backlog
- Working with Tech Lead to understand the backend architecture
- Understanding mobile application release process
- Developing, implementing and managing technology services
- Performing troubleshooting on mobile app related services using tools like Kibana
- You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or any relevant field
- You have knowledge/experience in Agile Methodology
- You are proficient in the mobile app tech stack which includes SPARKS or Spring Boot framework, React Native, Java, Kotlin and Swift
- You also have knowledge/experience in technology such as Azure VM, Azure SQL, Docker and Git-hub.
- You are well organized, with good interpersonal and communication skills, along with an ability to multi-task
- You are capable of working under pressure, both individually and in a team.
