Job Description

Salary: from $2800 to $4500 per month (depending on experience)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage Performance and Service Quality of a Team of Customer Service Executives
  • Handle communication with stakeholders and Team members, understand needs, recommend action plans and resolve issues to meet targets
  • Handle and resolve escalated calls from customers
  • Prepare and analyze reports and relay important information to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure that staff morale is high by implementing motivational and recognition programs

 

Requirements:

  • Singaporean
  • Diploma holder
  • Prior experience with client servicing will be an added advantage
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the call center industry is a must
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin customers is an added advantage

 

Additional Information:

  • 5 work week, 44 hours per week
  • Working location in Tampines
  • Shuttle service provided
