You are responsible for attracting and hiring the best talents for our hiring partners into the relevant career opportunity. You will be part of the team in managing recruitment initiatives, from branding, outreach and networking activities, shortlisting and selecting until hire.
In performing your role, you will need to build a strong pipeline for potential hiring partners, and work closely with them, to meet their hiring needs. You will also work with the Head of Talent to build a consistent pipeline of potential candidates for internal roles at all level.
You are a natural spokesperson and influencer in building candidate and client relationship. You will be expected to provide career consultation and development advisory to candidates, sourcing suitable candidates for roles and match them to job specifications and client requirements.
· Deep knowledge on Technology Industry market in Singapore
· Exposure in handling IT domain (Technology Infrastructure, Data Analytics, ERP systems)
· Experience in sales and business development is a must
· Experience with handling data and creating reports
· Exposure to organising events
· Basic knowledge in Digital Marketing would be a plus
