Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with corporate clients to source and recruit potential candidates
- Develop strong and long term relationships with client by understanding their hiring needs, business structure, culture and preferences
- Managing the recruitment and selection processes of potential and suitable talents to arrival of the successful recruit
- Implementing creative and attractive job advertisements via different channels
- Ability to communicate effectively to the candidates about the job including conducting interviews and provide consultations
- Perform any various duties to support the recruitment process
