Job Description

  • Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
  • Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
  • Surface candidates and develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Work with employment agencies and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns.
  • Pre-screen resumes and evaluate effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools.
  • Document candidate evaluation and interview process.
  • Conduct a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
  • Process application and renewal of work passes for foreign employees.
  • Organize on-board arrangements, conduct new hire orientation and exit interviews for leavers.

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum Degree in Business Administration or Arts & Social Sciences or Engineering 
  • Keen interest in people business
