Our client is Asia Pacific's growing marketplace for authentic footwear. They aim to to make the most exclusive sneakers from around the world available to the APAC region. They are rapidly growing their team in Singapore and seeking a passionate and attentive Recruitment Specialist for their Admin and Human Resources team.
In this role you will:
- Drive all of our hiring efforts across multiple sourcing channels
- Develop the strategy for growing and delivering diverse candidate pipelines
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Partner with business functions to understand hiring needs and to advise on recruiting strategy
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates to deliver against immediate, high-priority openings
- Perform initial stage candidate screening
- Deliver on-going recruitment reports that track results, impact, and cost-effectiveness.
- You have at least 1 year experience or prior internships in recruitment and have a solid understanding of end to end recruitment cycles.
- You are a great communicator, open-minded, interested in Startup culture
- You are an avid listener and possess strong assessment skills
- You are flexible and comfortable with ambiguity; working collaboratively and independently
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced tech startup environment
