Job Type: Permanent

Base Salary: up to S$3,500 per month

Location: Orchard, Ngee Ann City

 

Responsibilities:

• Set up business appointments with corporate clients to establish a working relationship. 
• Liaise with clients' department managers to understand the job requirements and fulfil the business needs.
• Responsible for managing whole recruitment cycle. e.g. pre-screening of CVs, arrangement of interviews, conduct interview (phone /face to face, video conference etc), compile interview feedbacks, prepare submission documents for senior management’s approval etc.
• Update the candidate regarding his/ her interview outcome and recruitment process.
• Weekly update on recruitment progress.
• Work with web portals to maintain and update job postings in a timely manner.

 

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Business / Human Resource / Social Sciences / Humanities
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous
• Have sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and be able to work under high pressure
• A positive attitude with pleasant personality and strong drive to succeed
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to communicate well with senior management and candidates.
