Systems & Infra Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on time and within budget delivery of projects
• Implementation and configuration and migration of AD, Exchange as well as Virtualization
• Communicate value and progress of projects to stakeholders
• Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors and customer with regards to the implementation of the project
• Create and provide detailed documentations and reports
• Provide post-sales incident support
• Ensuring assigned incidents are attended on a timely manner & meeting it’s SLA
• Help out with any other ad-hoc projects/deployments/fault calls as tasked

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in IT
• MSCE and any other relevant IT certifications
• Prior experience in project implementation required
• Experience in Server, Hyper-V, VMware, AD, Office 365 & Networking
