Job Description

The services rendered includes:

 

  • Provide managed service to cover for System/Network scope as  listed below during project phase
  • Act as an extension function to C&I CDE team   for all service delivery support related queries and issues from NCS Customers
  • Assist C&I CDE team to perform review on project transition plans, enhancement milestones and deliverables in consultation with support teams and customer
  • Assist C&I CDE team to review with support team to ensure that all support tasks and deliverables meet quality and service levels
  • Assist C&I CDE team to ensure that regular reviews of the services provided ( Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and  Key Performance Indicators(KPIs)) are conducted to maintain alignment between the services and the expectations of the customer
  • Assist C&I CDE team to notify/escalate any ‘out of scope’ variations to services to Program Director / Service Delivery Director (SDD)
  • Assist C&I CDE team to notify/escalate critical issues or variations to service levels to Program Director / Service Delivery Director (SDD)
  • Assist C&I CDE team to review and approve service request/enhancement effort, schedules and risk plans as empowered by C&I CDE lead.
  • Assist C&I CDE team to review for resource project movement and planning
  • Assist C&I CDE team to review, monitor and report project health status

 

 

The scope includes:

 

Project Delivery --System Scope

  • Experiences in supporting Window Server, VMware, Backup, Exchange in AD and Enterprise DC environment   
  • Experiences in supporting tool such as SCCM ,SCOM and Middleware
  • Analysing, troubleshooting and correcting system problems remotely and on-site.
  • Responsibility for documenting incident RCA report  the configuration of the system and System performance tuning
  • Responsibility for security compliance, health check & hardening remediation
  • Experienced in troubleshooting system, middleware and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software, analysing system logs and identifying potential issues/incident
  • Performing standard or project change request as per change window
  • Performing routine audits of systems and software and   perform system devices backups.
  • Performing standard or project change request as per change window
  • Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Provide on-call 24 x 7 support on a rotating basis
  • Prefer with Window/VMware and ITIL certification
