Job Description

  • Support the Sales, Business & Channels Development leads in following up on Ticketing System project progresses and updates
  • Work with functional teams (internal and external) to ensure successful implementation
  • Handles product catalogue and entry for new system implementation
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, dashboards, reports and necessary materials for meetings and trainings
  • Assist in organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure all documents and trackers are up-to-date and accurate
  • Assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables. Ensure action items are acted upon in a timely manner
  • Report and escalate issues to Project Manager as necessary
  • Providing administrative support as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Communications, or related field of study
  • Min. 2 years relevant working experience
  • Willing to learn and quick to adapt to changes
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Driven, strategically focused, self-starter and organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office application and knowledge in IT Systems
  • Experience in working cross-functionality and across functions/culture to drive project success and KPIs
  • Good team player who can work well across functional teams
