The qualified IT candidate will use their expertise to support and manage our servers, network storage and some network / communication infrastructure in multiple corporate locations, as well as assisting HelpDesk associates providing support to corporate users. Candidate must have good communication skills, proficient in the English language, professional appearance, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the desire for learning new technologies and mentoring members of the team.

Candidate must have experience in leading / supervising a team of IT skilled professionals.

 

Qualified Candidate must at least have:

  • 3+ years of working experience in a corporate environment supporting a Data Center and Microsoft technologies
  • 1 ½ + years of leading / mentoring a team of IT System Admin / HelpDesk Support specialists
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016 / 2019, network storage and experience in maintaining highly organized Datacenter environments with network / communication equipment
  • Experience working with SAN storage, both on physical & virtual environments with Microsoft Hyper-V or VMWare
  • Experience in supporting environments with Enterprise Security, Active Directory, Group Policy, TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP, with systems and WAN monitoring
  • Experience in managing enterprise backup and recovery of systems in a highly available environment
  • Experience in supporting desktops, laptops, printers, cell phones, desktop operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10) and Microsoft / Adobe suite of applications
  • Experience at working both independently and collaboratively with everyone in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Able to support IT corporate requirements outside the normal business hours
  • Able to travel as required to deploy and support the roll out of IT infrastructures across various technologies at international locations
  • Capable of maintaining strong documentation for all systems and training processes
  • Excellent self-organization with exceptional communication and customer service skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Experience in maintaining a relationship with external suppliers and vendors
  • Experience in using a Helpdesk based ticketing system
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus
  • Experience with SCCM 2012 is a plus
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) with excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or proven track record required
