Swimming Teacher (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and ensure all swimming programs and events are delivered at the highest standards
• Actively drive new opportunities in increasing swimming program enrolment
• Assist with the delivery of events as per the annual calendar
• Assist with the delivery of safety standards in and around the pool deck

Requirements:

• Babies, Learn to Swim and Stroke Correction Swimming Teaching Qualifications (AUSTSWIM/ASCA/American Red Cross/British ASA preferred)
• At least one years’ experience in Learn to Swim programs within the aquatics industry
• Relevant and current industry qualifications in teaching, CPR (including infant/child) and first aid are essential
• Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills with a focus on quality customer service
• Able to commit to teach on Saturday/Sunday mornings and some weekdays when necessary
