Sushi Chef (Omakase/ Sentosa/ Shift-Work)

The Opportunity

• Our client is a Japanese Fine-Dining establishment situated in the heart of Singapore's tourist attraction, Sentosa.
  They are now in search of a Sushi Chef specialising in the art of Omakase to join their dynamic, fast-paced and family oriented team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to prepare an Omakase Menu.
• Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
• Create a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients and raw fish (for example, salmon, tuna, unagi)
• Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi
• Communicating with wait staff to ensure that special requests and food allergy considerations are met.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Nitec
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing and able to work shift work
