Job Description


  • Perform Order Entry
  • Handle AP duties
  • Take ownership of customer order from purchase order reception to delivery and invoicing
  • Responsible for internal and external coordination to follow up customer request/claim
  • Coordination with Sales, Logistics Team and Finance
  • Ensure all delivery documents are properly completed for payment
  • Ensure all deliveries are fulfilled within agreed time
  • Perform sales analysis and submit periodical sales report
  • Resolve any operational issue
  • Analysis and perform evaluation of purchase items/trend/specification, providing monthly report
  • Maintaining and filing of documents
  • Attend customer meetings when required
  • Support month end closing activities
  • Assist in Order Entry when required
  • Continuously improve efficiencies and reduce costs to minimize loss potential by analyzing current processes and systems at each point of the supply chain
  • Work with Quality department to revise or update SOP whenever required
  • Other ad-hoc duties
