Supply Chain Executive (MNC | West | $2.8K)

✓ Company : Manufacturing industry

✓ Working hours : Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inventory management in production and delivery planning
• Process sales order and preparing related shipping documentations e.g. LC negotiation
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers, customers and forwarders in terms of shipment matters
• Ensure smooth running of operations and timely delivery of shipments
• Provide suggestions and area of improvements to enhance work performance and efficiency
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holders in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or equivalent
• Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply
• At least 2 years of supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping procedures e.g. Letters of Credit would be advantageous
• Ability to work under fast-paced environment
