Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Report to the Superintendent/ Manger of the Facilities to improve and sustain the Facility and Building Maintenance standard in compliance to Company’s policy and Authority
  • To achieve goal set by HOD, organize FM Crew and compliance to all building maintenance policy and procedure
  • Record monthly/weekly manpower, reports, performance and budget allocated
  • Assist Superintendent to evaluate and analyze trends and gaps and propose timely improvements
  • Achieve KPI set by Superintendent, generate and collate monthly performance reports of FM Team & activities

Job Requirements

  • GCE A level, Diploma in Building Maintenance, or its equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ supervisory experience in the relevant field
  • Possess with FSM Certificate will be an advantage
  • Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Supervisory quality
