Job Description

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level or Diploma, preferably at least 1-2 years relevant working experience in educational institutions
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking students
  • Good communication skills, customer orientated, meticulous with pleasant personality


Responsibilities:

  • Administer students’ admission, withdrawal, course completion, attendance tracking and payment processes
  • Attend to students’ enquiries, feedbacks, complaints and requests
  • Attend to ICA and other regulatory matters
  • Organise activities for students
  • Co-ordinate various school admin matters between different departments
