Student Records Officer (Education/Administrative)
- Work closely with the Manager to handle the administration all aspects of student records. Eg. Withdrawals, transfers etc
- Liaise across teams and departments to coordinate the administration of the academic progression process Eg. Graduation, Study Loan, Reinstatement etc
- Ensure timely updates of student records
- Assist manager to review work flows and processes
- Any other administrative duties when required
- Possess good experience in handling student data or records is a MUST
- Pro-active individual
- Able to work well in a team
- Able to communicate well
- Min. Diploma or Degree in any discipline
