Store Manager (Food and Beverage - Bakery)
We are Singapore’s homegrown E-commerce bakery, and we aim to make a million people happy with our bakes.
We have established a strong online presence, and now we are looking for a Store Manager that can help keep our customers happy, our people happy, and help us advance our mission towards baking the world a better place.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Ensuring all orders for our standard and designer bakes are made and delivered on time.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Developing, implementing and reviewing work flows to empower a lean and efficient team.
- Supervising, managing and motivating team members, and provide effective guidance.
- Review and recommend advertising and marketing strategies and systems to attract and retain customers.
- Work with the kitchen manager to ensure that the bakery is adequately stocked with quality baking ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure fast (1 hour) customer ticket turnaround time.
- Keep complaints below 2%
- Ensure all orders for our standard and designer bakes are loaded onto delivery vehicles timely
- Ensure that your direct reports OT hours are controlled at under 10 hours.
- Bringing out the best in your team mates, especially within your section.
- Hit company’s revenue forecast on a monthly basis
You know you are suitable if you:
- Are a driven, hard and efficient worker (or what we call a workaholic)
- Have proven experience (at least 2 years) in managing a bakery, cafe or any equivalent F&B establishment
- A diploma/degree in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts is advantageous.
- The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and take on several hats
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
