- Assist store supervisor in daily store operation.
- Assist in monthly stock take and maintain accurate store record.

- General working and housekeeping duties.
- Pick and pack for delivery.
- Perform data entry MS Excel and email.
- Container loading and packing for export delivery.
- Perform adhoc duties and when assigned.
- Report warehouse issue timely.
- Assist in warehouse duties, such as picking and packing of orders, managing & stock taking of inventories
- Diploma in Purchasing or Procurement
- At least 2 years of work experiences in administration and purchasing / logistics
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge in ERP system will be an added advantage
- Positive working attitude, hardworking & willing to take up challenges
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- A team player who is meticulous with analytical, organization and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Commitment and initiatives to complete any urgent tasks timely when needed
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin and good telephone communication skills - to liaise with various associates
- Being able to start work immediately would be an advantage
