Statistical Process Control Engineer

Job Title: SPC Engineer

Location: Tampines

Working Day: Monday - Friday

Working Hours : 8.00am-5.30pm

Basic: up to $4.3k plus

Benefits: AWS, Quarterly Bonus, Annual Leave 16 days

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems (hardware and software, procedures), including in-line SPC, HOSPC)
• Chair and conduct SPC Management review at the defined frequency
• Implementing and maintenance the SPC Systems according to International Policy for Control Charts (I-09.99.01/0018)
• Establish and maintain local procedures and/ or training manuals that complement the implementation of SPC systems
• Review SPC Manuals for in-line SPC at a pre-defined frequency
• Regular verification of SPC effectiveness via audit and analysis of process capabilities, process stability
• Ongoing interpretation of actual data and critical check of the necessity of control charts.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Science (Statistics) or equivalent
• Good Knowledge of statistical techniques and SPC
• Audit and management system experience
