Staff Nurse ►Nursing Home ► 3 Shifts

• Basic will commensurate with experience
• 3 rotating shifts (Morning: 7am – 5pm, Afternoon: 11.30am – 9.30pm, Night: 9pm – 7.30am)
• Off days will be rostered
• Location: Hougang

 

Responsibilities:

• 80% Nursing duties, 20% QA duties
• Provide basic nursing duties and counselling to patients
• Perform basic triage and assist in minor procedures
• Prepares and administers medications to residents and comply with safe medication practices
• Participates in quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care
• Participates in quality audits & contributes to the evaluation of staff performance appraisal 
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

 

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Nursing
• Min. 2 yrs of working experience preferably in Nursing Home field
• Able to commence work on a short notice will have added advantage
