Specialist Recruiter - Banking (Graduate Career)

 

Responsibilities:

• Managing 360 degree recruitment process
• Acquisition of corporate clients in the Banking and Financial Services sector via business meetings and contract negotiation
• Developing long term relationships with clients by building an understanding of their company structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences
• Provide effective solutions and advice to corporate clients on sourcing the right talent for them
• Advise clients on best recruiting practices and ensure smooth case closures

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Business / HR / Marketing / Arts / Humanities
• Possess good initiatives and enjoys meeting people
• Confident and possess good interpersonal skills 
• Fast learner who embraces new challenges
• Proven ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
