Job Description

Dallas is looking for Chefs to join our F&B family. We are located at the heart of Boat Quay facing the Singapore River. Open for Lunch & Dinner. 

 

Job requirements

  • Ensures optimum performance of all the above areas
  • Responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure highest quality at all times.
  • Establishes and maintains effective employee relations and working relationships.
  • Ensuring the kitchen meets high standards of quality.
  • Completing food hygiene documents to comply with the law and writing environmental health reports when necessary.
  • Cooking and cleaning
  • Staff meal included
  • 6 days work week
