Sonography Application Specialist (Ultrasound) - OFFICE HOURS + INCENTIVES

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• On-site application education, turnover training, follow-ups, updates and upgrades for systems and applications and pre-sales demo
• Customer consultancy and support in workflow improvements, adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflow to expand customers' portfolio
• Professional application support to address and resolve customers' complaints and trouble-shooting and customer care
•  Assist in the development of application training courses and execution of specific on-site application training curriculum for customers
• Support pre-sales activities through professional application consultancy and assist sales team to differentiate the clinical benefits of the company from other competitors in the market
• Support trade fairs and conferences
• Collect clinical images and competitors' information for sales and marketing request
• Study new products

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Radiography/Ultrasonography
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experiences and training in clinical field
• Sonographer that's keen to move out of clinical settings are highly welcome 
• Candidate without experience but possess the right positive attitude and self-motivated personality may be considered
• Ability to work independently and interact with people at all levels
• Excellent clinical understanding of parameter impact on clinical results and ability to work as a team
