Software Engineer (L1)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first level support for distribution related applications
• Provide preliminary analysis and problem troubleshooting over phone or via remote tools and emails.
• Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues/ problems assigned
• Respond in a timely manner to service issue and requests
• Involve in daily server health monitoring and report generation

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in IT Support/Application support 
• Prior Experience in SQL
• Excellent in working effectively in a multi-tasking environment, ability to prioritize competing tasks.
• Prior Experience in customer service or call center will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
