Job Description


You will be under the Marketing and Communications Department that oversees the branding, marketing and media relations activities for the organisation. The jobholder will play a key part in ensuring that all social marketing activities adhere to best in class social media & digital practices



  • Strategize, plan and implement marketing activities to accelerate the company’s presence across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, relevant blogs)

  • Create, curate, manage and publish all social media content, including images, copy, video, audio podcasts etc

  • Actively promote and maintain good relationship with existing and new clients

  • Regular monitoring of web traffic. Track and evaluate results of activities.  Prepare weekly/monthly reports

  • Manage budget effectively whilst ensuring campaign objectives are met

  • Monitor and analyze new and emerging technology and methods to enhance and improve the performance of website and online booking platforms

  • Ensuring all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc) are utilised appropriately and best optimized to bring the campaign ideas to life
