Job Responsibilities:
(SOCIAL MEDIA)

Writing, publishing and editing content across a range of mediums –  editorial, video and static, social media
Coordination, creation and delivery of content strategies, plans and campaigns 
Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns and projects

(ADMIN)
Work closely and provide administrative support to the manager
Manage phone calls and emails for manager
Remind manager of important tasks and deadlines
Manage database and maintain filing of confidential and personal data for manager
Manage the manager’s calendar and schedules for meetings, presentations, and appointments

 

Job Requirements:
Educated to diploma level or equivalent
Interested in & have some knowledge of Marketing and graphic design
Proficiency in English
Additional languages an advantage (in order to handle documents or content written in other language and also to handle queries, requests and feedbacks from other language speaking counterparts in regards with the publishing, content and other marketing related matters)
Strong administrative and organization skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic designing skills and poster designs using Canva or any other software

 

What You Can Expect
 Starting salary ranging from $1.6k - $2.5k (depends on educational level, working experience and skill sets)
