Job Description

 

Reporting to the Manager, you are responsible for supporting and driving growth and brand presence in Singapore. This position will assist with digital marketing efforts to facilitate market expansion and channel growth through effective brand strategies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Implementing channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets.

  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks

  • Responsible in managing all social media channels and day to day activities which includes developing relevant content topics to reach the company’s target audiences

  • Recommending appropriate products and services to clients through analysing client’s needs

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with clients through open and interactive communication while adhering to company’s communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Conduct market intelligence to keep the organization’s product and service offerings competitive

  • Analyse, measure and report monthly performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals across multiple channels and customer touch point

 

Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills when handling clients, designing marketing collaterals including online posters, emails, social media platforms)

  • Passion for digital marketing and social media 

  • Enjoy communicating with people and always eager to learn new things

  • Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently

  • Adhere to policies and procedures and balance with customers needs
