What You will Learn

• Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) papers
• Participants will be awarded the Specialist Diploma in Financial Advisory Services upon successful completion of the following:
• Post-Diploma Certificate in Marketing & Financial Planning
• Post-Diploma Certificate in Investment Products & Data Analytics

Job Description

• Understand clients’ insurance protection, financial needs and recommend tailor-made solutions, enabling clients to enjoy the full benefits of AXA comprehensive range of products and services
• Offer proactive and personalised financial services to the clients
• Establish and maintain a professional long-term relationship with clients through periodic follow-up and reviews
• Apply regulatory and ethical considerations to the practice of financial planning and marketing financial products
• Employ data analytics and other computer-based business intelligence strategies for marketing and investment purposes
• Conceptualise structures of investment schemes

Candidate Requirement

• Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents who are within three years of either graduation OR Operationally Ready Date (ORD) for National Servicemen
• Candidates are required to have received a diploma in either Finance or Business-related disciplines of study from a local Polytechnic
• Candidates not from Finance or Business-related discipline of study in local Polytechnics may qualify, subject to Temasek Polytechnic’s evaluation and approval
• Be at least 21 years old

What Are We Offering

• Monthly Salary of $2,000 for 12 months
• *Enjoy a sign-on incentive of $5,000. This sign-on incentive will be disbursed to the participant’s bank account in two tranches:
  • First tranche of $2,500 — eight weeks after the submission of the signed Agreement of Grant document by the participant
  • Second tranche of $2,500 — eight weeks after the successful completion of the Work-Study Programme
